Felicity Hoy was asked to curate two exhibitions in partnership with Proffessor Vanessa Toulmin at Castle House for Festival of The Mind 2014. It was the first time the entire building had been open to the public since its closure and Sheffield embraced this with over 10,000 people passing through the doors in only 10 days.

The two exhibitions were the Shows of Sheffield in collaboration with the National Fairground Archive and the Sheffield Bazaar which was generously funded by Arts Council England. For more info on Festival of the Mind visit: festivalofthemind.group.shef.ac.uk
