On her return from Melbourne, Felicity worked at Gripple Ltd as an Ideas and Innovation Assistant. She worked in a renovated warehouse space on Hawke Street where the Ideas and Innovation department was located. Her role was to support the I&I Engineers and to maintain the innovation space they worked in. Felicity also made links with Hallam University while at Gripple, arranging business support and advice for potential new start-ups.

The Hopper cloud install was probably one of the weirdest projects she was involved in at Gripple and one that the I&I department is well known for across the city.
