Felicity set up Sheffield Girl Ltd in 2014. With the tag line There's Nothing like A Sheffield Girl; it became a brand, a t-shirt/bag design, a collective, a magazine, a platform to promote females in Sheffield, a creative market, a 1920's exhibition/swing night and a female Networking Event.

The Networking Event was a great success and something Felicity has since recreated with Martha Coppinger-Bins, under the name Female Skillshare and Networking. Sheffield Girl introduced Felicity to lots of creative females who she still collaborates with today.
